Training Program Based on Germany's Dual Model in Collaboration with the College of Technology II in Vietnam

At Francis Restaurant School, we offer a 3-year training program with the German dual training method (DUAL), combining theory and practice. The program not only equips students with fundamental knowledge but also develops professional skills necessary for the restaurant and hotel industry.

AHK Academy Vocational Program
Program Duration: 3 years
Target Applicants: 16 - 22 years old
Training Program: Based on the curriculum of Germany, with 40% theory in class and 60% practice in restaurants.
Program Structure: Divided into 2 phases (Intermediate and Graduation):
First 18 months: Theory and practice at school
Next 12 months: Internship at designated restaurants
Final 6 months: Graduation preparation and advanced training
Total Theory Hours: 877 hours
Total Practice Hours: 7608 hours
