Skill Experts Program – Dual Training of AHK Vietnam at FRS
Francis Restaurant School (FRS) is proud to cooperate with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam) to implement the Skill Experts Program , a reliable solution in developing high-quality human resources through the Dual Training model. This model combines theoretical learning at school and practical training at enterprises, with 60-70% of the time spent on practical training. This model has been successfully applied in many countries, especially Germany, where the youth unemployment rate is always much lower than the European average.
Program Objectives
The Skill Experts program not only equips students with professional knowledge but also develops practical skills necessary to meet the needs of the labor market. According to AHK Vietnam, more than 80% of students after completing the dual training program find jobs suitable for their major, of which 90% are officially accepted by businesses.
Program Content

On-site training: Students will spend most of their time at partner companies to directly participate in the actual work process, gaining experience under the guidance of industry experts.

Studying at school: The remaining time is spent on studying theory at school. 95% of the theoretical content at FRS is designed to be close to reality, ensuring that students have a solid grasp of basic knowledge and working skills.

International Certificate: After completing the program, students will be awarded an international certificate issued by the German vocational education system, opening up many domestic and international job opportunities.
