FRS
Hospitality School
FRS is a non-profit organization offering free vocational training in restaurant services for underprivileged youth, following Germany's DUAL training model. We collaborate with the College of Technology II and the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AHK) to provide a combined learning and practical training environment that enables students to cover their own learning expenses. Our mission is to create opportunities to escape poverty, improve livelihoods, and meet the demand for skilled labor in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Diverse and Professional
Training Programs
We offer courses ranging from basic to advanced levels in culinary arts, baking, and restaurant and hotel service. With an experienced teaching staff and a modern curriculum, students are equipped with the essential skills to build a sustainable career.

The program combines theoretical instruction with practical training in a professional environment, helping students create high-quality baked goods. After graduation, students will be ready to work in bakeries, restaurants, and hotels.
Professional Chef
The Professional Chef course at FRS equips students with in-depth knowledge and skills in cooking, from basic to advanced techniques for preparing dishes. Students will learn ingredient selection, food safety standards, methods for cooking Asian and European cuisines, and the art of food presentation. The curriculum integrates theoretical instruction with practical kitchen experience, guided by seasoned chefs. Upon completion, students will possess the skills and confidence to work in professional kitchens, restaurants, and hotels.
Beverage Preparation
The Beverage Preparation course at FRS equips students with the techniques to create a variety of drinks, including coffee, tea, smoothies, cocktails, and mocktails. Students are taught how to use equipment, select ingredients, balance flavors, and present drinks attractively. Through detailed theory and hands-on practice, students will be fully prepared to work at bars, cafes, or in professional establishments upon completing the course.
Scholarship and Financial Support Opportunities
At FRS, we deeply understand the challenges faced by young people from disadvantaged families in pursuing education and career development. To help them overcome these barriers, we have implemented a full scholarship program and financial support tailored to students with special circumstances. This is a valuable opportunity for students not only to learn a profession but also to build a solid foundation for their future in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
